Since inventing the efficient Doubly Curved Crystal (DCC) for X-ray focusing in 1998, our founder, Dr. Zewu Chen, has secured invention patents in China, the United States, Japan, and the European Union. Dr. Chen and his team pioneered and led the widespread application of DCC in XRF spectrometers, developing two core technological routes—MWDXRF and HPXRF—along with their corresponding product series. Our high-precision elemental analyzers integrate DCC monochromatic focusing technology, achieving exceptional analytical accuracy in X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.
